The bright open plan dining / living area leads out onto the terrace furnished to take advantage of al fresco dining and entertaining with fabulous views. There is international cable Tv and 100Mb Wifi is included. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your holiday and the outside storage area houses the washing machine. A large communal swimming pool, with separate shallow area for small children, and playground equipment, are adjacent to the block and over twenty other pools to choose from on the resort.

The apartment is situated close to the first tee and clubhouse of the Alhama signature Par 72, 6884m championship golf course with fantastic practice facilities, driving range, pro shop, club and buggy hire and its own snack bar with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains.

Other onsite facilities include: Al Kasar town centre where you will find a large well stocked supermarket, hairdressers/beauty salon, gymnasium, cashpoints and a good variety of bars and restaurants: the Condado Club bar/restaurants with paddle, tennis, basketball and 5 a side courts.

The Costa Calida is the perfect base to explore the unspoilt surrounding areas sample the fantastic local foods and wine. Mazarron is a 20 minute drive away and has miles of heavenly beaches and a Marina at the Puerto de Mazarron with many superb seafront bars and restaurants. The ‘Sierra Espuna’ national park is a short drive away through Alhama and is very popular with cyclists and walkers with stunning scenery and views. Murcia city also has a large water park and zoo.

Air conditioning allowance of €10 per stay is provided, additional top ups are available from Military Breaks Office in Al Kasar.
